ICA offers a series of seminars and workshops on topical areas critical to administrative management to our members and other interested persons. These trainings are tailor made to develop the necessary skills for excellence in administration, and to impart the latest knowledge and technologies relevant to the administrative practice in the private and public sector, commerce and industry.

Interested persons are advised to book for any of the trainings at least 14 days before the actual training date, and to ensure that the respective charges are paid in full. Any late bookings will attract a 25% extra charge of the indicated training charges.

Certificates will be issued at the end of each training, and a follow up exercise will be carried out by the Institute to assess the level of competency and utilization of the knowledge and skills imparted during each training.

All members are required to attend at least 30 hours (30 CPDs) of training annually, as this is a requirement for annual renewal of membership. ICA will only renew membership for members who attained at least 30 CPDs in the previous year.
